To make things easier for you, we’ve put together a comprehensive guide that clearly explains the Gamestarter IDO process.
By following the steps outlined in the guide, you’ll be all set to begin your journey with us!
Before diving into the specifics of the IDO process, it’s important to note that, while we’re eager to welcome everyone to our launchpad, national laws and regulations prevent residents of certain countries from participating.
These countries include: Iran, Iraq, Belarus, Libya, Sudan, Syria, Zimbabwe, Myanmar, North Korea, Crimea, Russian Federation, and the United States of America (USA), along with its territories such as Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, and any other US possessions (the “Prohibited Jurisdictions”).
To start with, you’ll need $GAME tokens to take part in our IDOs.
To qualify for our IDOs, it’s necessary to stake $GAME tokens on the BSC (Binance Smart Chain) Network.
Wondering where to get these tokens? They’re available at various platforms, but for simplicity, we suggest using PancakeSwap to make the process easier.
Now that you’re a proud owner of $GAME tokens, it’s time to put those tokens to good use. Your next step is to stake them all on our platform.
In order to do this, simply access our website and connect your wallet through the wallet widget, then sign the transaction.
After that, head over to our Staking page. There, you need to specify the amount of tokens you wish to stake, click on ‘Stake’, and then sign and confirm the transaction on your wallet.
You’re almost set, but first, due to European regulations, we need you to go through a quick KYC (Know Your Customer) process. It’s fast and straightforward – just some basic personal info, a document, and a selfie. Who doesn’t enjoy taking a selfie, right?
To begin, click on the wallet widget at the top right corner of our website. This will lead you to your profile page, where you’ll find the ‘Start Verification’ button.
Once you click that button, you’ll be taken to our KYC service provider, KYCaid. The first step involves entering personal details such as your name, date of birth, country, email, wallet address, and your Telegram username.
Finished with the first step? Next, you’ll need to provide photocopies of your identification document, both sides. You have five options to choose from: ID card, Passport, Domestic Passport, Driving License, or Permanent Residence Permit.
For the final step, the selfie, simply follow the on-screen instructions. If you’re using a PC, it will search for an available camera. If there isn’t one, you can link your phone camera to complete the verification.
And that’s it! Your KYC application is now under review. The process typically takes about 15-20 minutes, and you’ll be informed of the outcome via email.
Now, you’re all set to participate in our IDOs.
Note: If your KYC is approved via email but the Gamestarter site still shows a red X, clear your cache using CTRL + SHIFT + R (or CMD + SHIFT + R for Mac).
You’re now ready to dive into our IDOs at Gamestarter.
As soon as one of our IDO sales kicks off, simply head over to our GamePad page. From there, pick the IDO you’re interested in, one that’s currently LIVE, and proceed to its exploration page.
When you land on the exploration page, you’ll find all the essential details of the sale. This includes the timing of each round, staking requirements, the maximum allocations available per round, and even in-depth information about the project we’re launching – tokenomics, vesting schedule, team background, investors and much more.
If the token of the project is on a non-EVM network, you will have to insert your wallet address in the following section (e.g. Solana)
On the left of the exploration page, you can find the BUY section. Here, you enter the amount of $USDT you wish to spend (remember, this depends on the allocation size for the round you’re buying into). Hit the buy button, and then confirm the transaction through your wallet.
That’s it! Next, simply await the Token Generation Event (TGE) and listing.
Keep in mind, we’ll be providing more details along with the project team on our social media channels, so make sure to keep an eye on them for any updates.
