In this article, we would like offer a closer look to two exciting games that are being launched by Gamestarter, with one coming from our GS Originals Series.

“Originals” are Gamestarter’s exclusive in-house creations, which will be funded and accelerated by the Gamestarter Fund. They will also act as game content feeders, similarly to Netflix Originals, adding to the experience and maintaining an engaged community. The first title to come from the GS originals series is Dark Frontiers.

Dark Frontiers

In Dark Frontiers, players will fight, discover, and search for different sources of energy, ancient tools and relics, while also trading them in profits.

The limited-edition hybrid technology spaceships are among the most anticipated features of Dark Frontiers. You can make a new powerful spaceship by merging two NFT spaceships. The two NFTs are burned to give birth to a more powerful NFT, with merging results being based on random generator technology.

Another appealing feature of the game is the potential to own your own digital land.

Players are allowed to claim as much land as they want, on different planets as well. The more land you own, the more energy you can generate. But you must manage your resources carefully because traveling and marking your territory cost energy as well.

Dark Frontiers will feature dual tokenomics: $DARK and $GAME.

The native token $DARK is the currency of the game, which will correlate with the in-game energy value. $GAME Coin will be required to participate in the IGO (presale), boost processes within the game (like merging NFTs), and will be used to purchase NFTs in the marketplace.

In short, Dark Frontiers allows users to craft — combine materials to build new items; trade — buy and sell your assets in-game as well as in Gamestarter’s marketplace; and discover — own your own land in the rich Dark Frontiers universe.

Pixel Pix

Pixel Pix is the first play-to-earn game where players have the opportunity to create their NFTs ‘from scratch,’ or more specifically — from a pixel.

Pixel Pix features an iconic design while keeping the familiarity and nostalgia of ‘the pixel.’ The main idea is to construct a vast digital world where Pixels are the atoms and the building blocks of the PIXELVERSE environment and economy.

The only limitation in the PIXELVERSE is the number of pixels (1 billion). Everything else is unlimited and depends only on the imagination of the player.

In this game, players are allowed to build their unique PIXIES, add characteristics, name them, and automatically generate in-platform trademarked NFTs. All creations will be tradable on Gamestarter NFTs marketplace.

If the player aims to increase their pixel amount in a play-to-earn way, they can put their PIXIES in battles in the PIXELVERSE arenas. There are several ways to expand their digital dominance: interact with PIXIES featuring different physics from varied environments, fight, play and be creative in finding new ways of claiming more PIXIES.

Depending on the PIXIE level, players will be able to fly, walk, jump or contact in any other way within the PIXELVERSE environment.
