Outline for Participating in Ethlas's IDO on Gamestarter:

1. VIP round: 

• Open to $GAME stakers only. 

• The round works on a FCFS basis - First-come, First-served. 

• Minimum amount of $GAME to be staked is 30.000. 

• Max ticket size is $10.000. 

• Covered by Gamestarter Protection Protocol. 

2. Private round: 

• Open to $GAME stakers only 

• The round works on a FCFS basis - First-come, First-served. 

• Minimum amount of $GAME to be staked is 1.000. 

• Max ticket size is $800. 

• Covered by Gamestarter Protection Protocol. 

3. Public round: 

• Open for everybody (stakers + non-stakers). 

• This round is optional.

• All remaining tokens from the Private round will be up for sale. 

• Non-$GAME stakers will receive 90% of tokens bought with a 10% fee deducted in the project token bought and are not covered by Gamestarter Protection Protocol. 

*$GAME stakers with a minimum of 1,000 tokens will receive 100% of the amount bought and are covered by Gamestarter's Protection Protocol. However, unstaking $GAME during vesting incurs a 10% fee on current and future vestings, as monitored by the contract (applies to all rounds).

Ethlas’ ecosystem is built upon games and Web3 infrastructure, inviting users to play, and companies to integrate. The ecosystem is powered by $ELS, launching on 28 June 2023. $ELS is used for governance, staking, in-game purchases and to access infrastructure tools - entirely inside Ethlas Portal. 

Games:

  • Battle showdown: A multiplayer shooter game powered by interoperable NFTs, allowing all NFTs to become in-game assets. 
  • My Pizza Story: A restaurant management and cafe cooking mobile game.
  • Komo Valley: An idle virtual pet simulator mobile game.
  • Ethlas Metaverse: A collection of hyper-casual games where users can play and earn rewards for power ups and items.

Infrastructure:

Ethlas also offers a range of infrastructure products to enhance the blockchain ecosystem.

Ethlas Web3 Services (EWS) provides developer SDKs that facilitate protection and security within blockchain-based applications. It also enables the seamless onboarding of web2 applications into the world of blockchain, ensuring a smooth transition and enhanced functionality.

These products represent Ethlas' dedication to revolutionizing the gaming industry through Web3 technology and providing developers with the necessary tools for secure and innovative blockchain integration. These products include:

  • ReadyNFT: AI-powered Plug and Play gaming solutions that turns any NFT into recognisable in-game avatars
  • ChatterBot: AI-powered discord community management tools

Token Utility:

The project's token, ELS, serves various purposes within the Ethlas ecosystem. Users can stake their ELS tokens to unlock different membership tiers, which provide benefits such as in-game features, heavily discounted items across all games, early access to new titles, and subscriptions to a broader range of products and services. Additionally, the ELS token operates as a cryptocurrency on a decentralized network, enabling secure storage and transfer of value. It can be used for online purchases, participation in decentralized applications, and exchanged for other cryptocurrencies or fiat currencies.

Path to Decentralization and Governance:

The evolution of Ethlas Studios involves two phases, with increasing decentralization of governance.

Phase I: In this phase, a centralized management team makes decisions as the platform seeks product-market fit, conducts rapid testing and iterations, and focuses on building the user base and seamless gaming experience.

Phase II: Once the user base exceeds 5-10 million monthly active users, Ethlas Studios plans to implement decentralized voting systems for user participation in decision-making. This community-informed approach to governance may include the establishment of a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) based on ELS token ownership. Token holders will have voting rights on proposals related to token reserves, developer funding, daily rewards, and other relevant topics. Gennady "Ari" Medvinsky, CTO: With over 20 years of experience in software engineering and security architecture, Ari has worked with leading tech companies such as Microsoft, Grab, and Google. He contributed to the development of various products and platforms, including leading the team responsible for Grab's authentication and login system. Ari holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science and has made significant contributions to the field, including early work on electronic currency.
