Overview

Arcade is the multi-chain GameFi platform that gives token holders the opportunity to earn meaningful rewards, from various Play-2-Earn games, without direct gameplay or asset ownership. Arcade, or our NFT Collector network, owns the assets and through the strategic infrastructure of guilds, players and game developers, in-game earnings are passed along via our revolutionary Mission Pools concept.

This concept allows holders to participate in the revenue opportunity of P2E games without the necessity of owning the assets or playing the game. Mission Pools represent real, in-game, activities that produce rewards that are shared by ARC holders.

Whereas many projects provide their holders with supply funded by emissions, Mission Pool rewards are funded by actual in-game earnings. Example: a ship mission in Star Atlas generates earnings in ATLAS. That is sold, and ARC is bought on the market, which funds the rewards for the Mission Pool. The same model applies to any game, on any blockchain. No technical integration required.

Play-2-Earn exposure via one platform & one token. Holders can deposit ARC and get exposure to games on various blockchains. The in-game rewards are distributed as ARC, no need to exchange various tokens to participate in a game that is on a different chain.

Mission Pools make it possible for Esport competitors and spectators of all levels to share in the Grand Prizes of Esports tournaments. Esports Arcade lowers the barrier to entry for competitors, and makes it possible for sponsors to support their favorite players in a rewarding way. Esports Arcade is higher risk, with higher reward.

The rewards provided by the Mission Pools are actual earnings from P2E games, not based on an emission schedule from the project-held tokens. APY backed by real in-game economies and revenue!

Strategy

The project boasts a robust marketing strategy centered around its extensive network of partnerships with game developers, guilds, and content creators, complemented by a strategic activation plan for Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) in the lead-up to its Token Generation Event (TGE). Emphasizing organic user acquisition, the Arcade platform serves as a comprehensive solution for enthusiasts of web3 gaming who may lack the resources to pursue various opportunities independently. Positioned as a gateway to the web3 gaming landscape, Arcade and its native ARC token offer investors broad and diversified exposure to the burgeoning industry.

Viability

Arcade2Earn stands out due to its unique positioning in the market. While it might seem presumptuous to claim a lack of direct competitors, as of now, there are none directly comparable. While platforms such as Polemos and guilds like YGG could be considered tangential competitors, our extensive partnerships with both mitigate any sense of direct competition. By bridging investors, gamers, game developers, spectators, and sponsors, our project serves as the central hub for both Web 3 and Web 2 gaming interactions. Additionally, our eSports Mission Pools and tournament platform further distinguish us, offering a comprehensive ecosystem for gaming enthusiasts and stakeholders alike.

Tokenomics

The ARC token was built with multifaceted utility, I’ll break it down into a few key value propositions.

1) Business/B2B utility: Arcade’s Mission Pools enable users to be a part of the Web 3 gaming economy and earn rewards for contributing their interest and attention, measured by the amount of tokens they deposited. When earnings are generated by the Mission Pool, they are shared with the users that deposited into that one Pool specifically. For Arcade and our B2B partners, we are able to measure user interest in the components of the video game ecosystem, ranging from particular game loops, economic components, spectatorship, promotion, and even community strength. With every completed Mission Pool, we collect new data on what games people like, what genres, what types of activities, which Mission Pool Operators, etc., and can share that information with key partners and leverage it to enhance advertising revenue.

2) Entertainment utility: The ARC token is a holder’s ticket to playing the grand strategy game we have designed. Our Mission Pools are all unique, with each activity, operator, goal, duration, and more, making the “best” exposure to Web 3 gaming rewards a game of its own. We like to describe it as the “game of games”, or like a Monopoly board, where you are rewarded for your prowess in strategizing the best plan for where your ARC tokens are deposited across a growing number of game economies. Additionally, Mission Pool Contributors (users) can learn from the expertise of the Operators, and enjoy exclusive access to content created during their Missions.

3) Investor/speculator utility: The ARC token derives its value from the broader GameFi ecosystem, in a way that likens it to an unofficial “ETF” or Index for GameFi. Instead of needing to have exposure to a basket of different game tokens, guild tokens, etc., you can just hold ARC and get upside exposure to all of the best parts of GameFi in one token. Furthermore, the ARC token is deflationary, and shields the holder from any runaway inflation or emissions-driven rewards typically seen in Web 3 gaming. For example: if there is a Mission Pool for a Star Atlas activity, then that Mission would yield the ATLAS token. The ATLAS token has fallen victim to inflation issues as a result of their emissions-driven reward mechanism. When that activity and Mission Pool concludes, we take the earned ATLAS (inflationary) and sell it to buy ARC (deflationary) on the open market. This settlement gives the Arcade platform user the upside exposure to Star Atlas, without the downside risks of an inflationary token position. With that said, Arcade is not a Star Atlas-exposure platform, we are a GameFi-exposure platform. Multiple this example from Star Atlas across dozens of games, on numerous blockchains, and it becomes apparent how the ARC token represents inflation-resistant exposure to the broader GameFi industry. All of the best parts of GameFi funnel value back to ARC.

Lastly, for those who wish to have financial exposure to the earnings potential of Web 3 gaming NFTs but not the downside risk of that asset losing value, the ARC token is again the perfect solution. With Arcade, and the ARC token, you can get direct reward-exposure for all of the leading NFT assets without the up-front capital risk, or downside value risk from an asset that may depreciate.

Revenue

The project's revenue streams are diverse and multifaceted:

1. Mission Pool Revenue Share: A portion of the revenue generated from in-game earnings within the Mission Pools contributes to the platform's revenue. This revenue is derived from outside capital inflows, with a percentage allocated as platform revenue. The majority of this capital is used to purchase ARC tokens from the open market or exchanges. Notably, there are no tokens reserved for Mission Pool rewards, ensuring a healthier secondary volume for token rewards.

2. Sponsorship and Advertising Fees: Mission Pools attract sponsors who pay advertising fees for visibility on the platform. Sponsors' logos and clickable links appear on the mission pool summary page, providing exposure. Additionally, affiliate revenue generated from institutional partners further contributes to sponsorship revenue, which can be shared with Mission Pool participants or retained as corporate revenue.

3. **Promotional Mission Pools**: Games pay for promotional Mission Pools to showcase specific game loops or to promote their economies if not yet live. Revenue generated from these promotional activities is divided between the Mission Pool participants and the platform.

4. Consulting Services: Through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Arcade Consulting Services, the project earns revenue from consulting contracts in marketing, business development, fundraising, and technical development. These funds are allocated to cover general corporate expenses and to purchase revenue-generating assets. Additionally, tokens and NFTs received from clients are utilized to enhance the rewards system and add more Mission Pools.

5. Platform as Marketing and Discovery Tool: The platform serves as a marketing and discovery tool for game partners, incentivizing Arcade users to explore featured games. Through affiliate relationships, Arcade earns revenue as users engage with and play these games. Retaining users on the platform is facilitated by its ability to provide access to multiple games simultaneously and exposure to gaming assets otherwise inaccessible.

6. Utility NFT Collection: Although not a primary revenue source, the project offers a utility NFT collection for sale. This collection features Arcade passes that enhance users' platform experience, providing benefits such as early access to Mission Pools. Revenue generated from the primary and secondary sale of these NFTs contributes solely to platform revenue.
